About
You might notice we don’t splash our smiling mugs all over the website. That’s on purpose. We run trips in countries where it’s just smarter to keep a low profile—so we protect our team’s privacy. Think of us as your behind-the-scenes crew: you’ll get to know us in person, not from a headshot on a webpage.
What can we tell you about us? To start with, we originated in the USA, are now Singapore based, and run trips all over the world. Our first trips operated in Southeast Asia in 2018.
From its inception, our company has grown to be an international team hailing from multiple continents. Two guys – Max and Dave – first met on a small ferry boat, hit it off ridiculously well, and months later created this idea: to start nude travel experiences. We’ve grown to be a diverse group, all working to create novel, genuine, fun and memorable journeys for men, in six different destinations throughout Asia and Europe.
Welcoming guys of all shapes, sizes, ages, and walks of life, our departures provide the freedom for men to be their true selves. The trips are social, they’re fun, they’re connected… and they’re naked! Although the clothing-optional element allows each guy to be as comfortable as he likes – whether it’s in his shorts, speedo, sarong, g-string, or birthday suit – our company’s angle is Nude-Positive, Naturist-Forward, and Naked-Encouraging.
Sure, we may have made up those terms – but the textile-free man is in his true original state. And at Everything To Sea, we usually are, too.
Meet The Team
Max Strauss
Co-Founder – Naked Operations Officer
Max sweats the details, guards the standards, and keeps every trip running the way an owner would — because he is one. Trained as an electrical engineer, he cut his teeth leading testing and quality-control teams at Siemens before moving into marine operations, where he’s navigated and chartered vessels across Australia and the Indian archipelago. At Everything To Sea, he’s the steady hand behind safety, logistics, and overall trip quality.
The other side of Max: Whether it’s about rock and roll, collecting things from nature, or heading out for some naked hiking – he’s game!
Dave Power
Co-Founder – Chief Inspiration Officer
Dave dreams up the big ideas, sets the tone, and makes sure every experience feels intentional, meaningful, and unmistakably Everything To Sea. Prior to co-founding the company, he worked as a cultural anthropologist with Japan, Papua New Guinea, and the island of Bali. He’s taught linguistics, cultural studies, and human sexuality in organizations ranging from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Smithsonian Institution to The Center for Sex & Culture.
The other side of Dave: He likes film festivals, most things chocolate, being naked, and wearing cockrings.
Ron Roeslan
Happiness Engineer
Drawing on a background in jewelry production and international shipping, Ron now crafts itineraries, manages reservations, and designs optional guided activities that keep trips running smoothly behind the scenes.
The other side of Ron: He finds his own happiest moments scootering on road trips and dancing in gay bars like nobody’s watching (of course, everyone IS watching him).
Cyrus de Jong
Happiness Engineer
Cyrus has spent 14 years in operations and finance, building systems that create efficiency, accountability, and clear organizational flow. He keeps payments, accounts, and numbers behaving nicely — so you never have to think about the boring stuff.
The other side of Cyrus: He likes cooking, crafting, and calico cats. He claims he hails from Pluto… we’re still checking with Interplanetary Administration on that!
Erik Abang
Vibe Manager
Erik manages on-trip operations and logistics, coordinating multi-location teams, handling budgets, and resolving real-time challenges as they arise.
The other side of Erik: With a penchant for languages, and fascination with other people’s stories, he is always “all ears”.
Jacob Grayson
Designer of Dreams
Jacob shapes our marketing projects from concept to execution, informed by his background in queer film festivals and a commitment to ethical, story-driven communication.
The other side of Jacob: An LGBTQ activist, he’d go to every Pride parade in the world if he could. But he won’t pass up a gay sauna, either!
Tom Fisher
Senior Happiness Engineer
With seven years in travel and four in hospitality, Tom’s ready to help once you’ve booked, guiding you through pre-departure prep and questions so you’ll arrive calm, confident, and ready to get naked. He has work experience in Costa Rica, Thailand and Berlin, and has also captured and curated content as a travel and lifestyle photographer.
The other side of Tom: He’s sailed tall ships, wandered through 40 countries, and still swears Bali sunsets are the best—especially when shared with his four-legged boss.
Simon Lee
Head of Brand, Buzz & Bookings
Simon leads brand, buzz, and bookings, blending sharp marketing instincts with sales savvy and an MA in Journalism from City University London.
The other side of Simon: Sometimes known as the “First Mate of Mischief”, he’s the wind in your sales, and the reason you take your clothes off too fast. Simon is fluent in flirtation, dark humor, and murky music with moonlit grooves.
Erwin Albar
Web Wizard
Erwin designs high-performing digital experiences across industries including mining, finance, and fashion, bringing a sharp UI/UX eye to everything from structure to style.
The other side of Erwin: He’s a fan of dogs (he has five), strong coffee, and bashing drums in any cafe that’ll have him. He’s happiest on his push bike… or pushing graphic designs on paper.
Ben Jaya
Adventure Advisor
A marketing professional who’s worked with world-scale music festivals and serves on the committee for digital and event activation for the ASEAN Para Games. Ben’s ready to answer your pre-booking questions, share the good stuff, and help you decide whether an Everything To Sea trip is your kind of adventure.
The other side of Ben: Ben has a knack for finding magic in random moments — a good song, a better view, or a conversation that goes on way too long. He believes the world is more fun when you smile often, travel lightly, and occasionally forget where you left your clothes.
