FOR TRAVEL AGENTS
Booking
Travel Agencies earn a 10% commission on sales.
::: To book a trip, the Travel Agency will book directly on the website Booking Form. Upon registering a Travel Agency with Everything To Sea, each Agency is given a unique Code (the Travel Agent Code) for booking trips. When the Travel Agent Code is applied in the “Coupon Code” field of the booking form, the Travel Agent trip price will be reduced by 10% of the selling price.
::: Should a trip be offered at a discount with a separate Coupon Code, the Travel Agent booking the trip should first apply the Coupon Code for the discount. Once the new price is displayed in the “Total” field, the Travel Agent should go back to the Coupon Code field and enter the Travel Agent Code, and push the “Apply” button. The Travel Agent Code is stackable and therefore can be used alongside other discount codes.
::: Booking with an initial $200 deposit may be done by Travel Agencies, with the Travel Agent Code to be applied each time: to the deposit payment as well as subsequent payments, in order to receive the 10% discount for all payments.
::: The fields on the booking form “My Name” and “My Email” should be filled in with the Traveler’s information. If the booking is for more than one Traveler, the additional name(s) and email(s) should be listed as such in the Comments field.
::: The Travel Agent’s name and email address should always be listed as such in the Comments field.
Payments
A $200 non-refundable deposit secures traveler’s place.
50% of the balance is due 270 days before departure.
The remaining balance is due 180 days before departure.
::: Payments to Everything to Sea may be made by credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, JCB, and American Express.
Trip Dates and Availability
Although Everything To Sea aims for consistency, trip dates and availability can change due to a variety of factors including sold out trips, group bookings, safety issues, changing natural conditions, and other unforeseeable events.
::: Before booking any trip, it is best to verify dates are still current and available, by checking the website https://everythingtosea.com.
::: If a trip becomes sold out, it will be stated as such on the Everything To Sea website. Similarly, if a trip is still available and can take space, it will appear as a regular option for booking on the website. As long as there is space, trips may be booked until approximately two weeks before its departure.
Communication
Everything To Sea sends out a Welcome Letter, a Pre-departure letter, and a Just-before-the-Voyage letter to every Traveler, via email. When there is an additional lead time before a departure, additional letters will be sent out.
::: Letters will be emailed to the Traveler(s) and the Travel Agent, so all are informed.
::: Everything To Sea will not share the Travel Agent discounted price with the Traveler.
Changing Departure Dates
Change of departure requests must be sent via email, to Hello@EverythingToSea.com. The date of the received email determines the change of departure fee.
::: Changing dates up until 181 days before departure results in no additional fee incurred.
::: Changing dates 61-180 days before departure will result in a +$400 administrative fee.
::: Changing dates 60 days or less before departure will result in a +$800 administrative fee.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be sent via email, to Hello@EverythingToSea.com. The date of the received email determines the cancellation fee.
::: $200 deposit is non-refundable.
::: 181 days or more before departure: 100% of trip cost returned, minus $200 deposit.
::: 121-180 days before departure: 60% of trip cost returned, minus $200 deposit.
::: 61-120 days before departure: 30% of trip cost returned, minus $200 deposit.
::: 60 days or less before departure: 0% of trip cost returned.
::: In lieu of canceling a trip, travelers may want to consider changing their departure date.
